Clearpay is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later, always interest free. Simply choose ‘Clearpay’ as your chosen payment method at the checkout and split your payment into 4 instalments. Once you've placed your order using Clearpay, you'll receive an email from them within 2 days with payment instructions, you will also receive your usual Viva Valeria confirmation email.

Are you returning items?
Your Clearpay invoice will be emailed to you by Clearpay as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice.

Your right to return items isn't affected by the payment period, and you'll only have to pay for the items that you keep.

If you've returned items from an order paid for with Clearpay, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned in the Clearpay portal here.

We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return has been completed by Viva Valeria, you'll get an updated invoice from Clearpay.
You'll receive your refund from Clearpay within 5-7 working days to your chosen account.
